Education 2030 Agenda – Union Education and Skill Development Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan met Ms Stefania Giannini, ADG, UNESCO in Bali yesterday.
The minister had meaningful discussion with Ms Stefania on strengthening the Education 2030 agenda.
He talked over The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO’s) support for promoting language-based education and also for the approaching G20 under India’s presidency.
The Ministers of both the countries had productive dialogues on further expanding the academic and skill development collaborations and also realizing the full potential of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Indonesia and India.
The Ministers had fruitful talks towards strengthening engagements in the field of early childhood and school education between both the countries.
Later, Shri Pradhan informed that India and Australia enjoy vibrant teamwork in higher education, research and skill development.
It is to be noted that such prospective and intensified engagements in early childhood and school education will create a strong foundation for providing life-long learning opportunities to children in both the countries.
