Golden Bow And Arrow For Ram Mandir, Ayodhya
As we eagerly await the consecration of Lord Ram’s grand temple in Ayodhya on January 22, people from all over the country are coming forward with significant contributions.
The Mahavir Temple Trust in Patna, Bihar, led by President Kishore Kunal, has made a special gesture.
They are gifting a golden bow and arrow to Shri Ram Lalla, and in a generous move, the Trust is also donating Rs 10 crore for the construction of the Ram temple.
The final part of this substantial donation will be given before the much-anticipated Pran Pratishtha program.
Expressing the significance behind the contribution, the temple trust president Kishore Kunal shared, “After careful consideration, we decided that Mithila would present a gold bow and arrow to Lord Ram before his consecration in the new temple.
The Dhanush holds a special place in the sacred connection between Mithila and Ayodhya, considering Sita’s marriage took place after Shri Ram successfully broke the bow.
Crafted by a reputable Chennai-based company, the gold bow and arrow are expected to reach Ayodhya by January 12, adding to the excitement around the consecration ceremony.
The Mahavir Temple Trust had committed a total of Rs 10 crore for the Ram temple construction following the Supreme Court decision on Shri Ram Janmabhoomi.
It is noteworthy that chairman Kishore Kunal disbursed the first installment of Rs 2 crore on April 2, followed by subsequent installments in 2021 and 2022.
The fourth and final installment of Rs 2 crore is set to be handed over on January 15, 2024, just before the consecration of Ram Lalla.
As Ayodhya readies itself for a momentous event, the city is adorned with massive posters showcasing the upcoming Ram Lalla temple and the new airport.
Known for its dignity, religion, and culture, Ayodhya is eagerly awaiting the visit of PM Modi, who is set to inaugurate the new airport and revamped railway station on December 30.
To add to the festivities, a road show from the airport to the station is also planned.
The consecration ceremony of the Ram Lalla temple, scheduled for January 22, will have the active participation of Prime Minister Modi, underlining the historical and cultural significance of this extraordinary occasion.
