TRS Leaders Plan Grand Birthday Fete For KTR
On the one hand, The Telangana Government claims that “Telangana Is A State Under The Rule Of Law”, “the constitution is above all” On the other hand, its leaders acts as if “The party leads everything”, “The party’s interest overrides everything”
It is to be noted that – Weak rule of law and lack of good governance pose a major threat to social and economic development the world over, and they have hindered the progress in attaining the Millennium Development Goals,” Effective and humane justice systems and institutions are fundamental to building societies that facilitate growth and development.”
Rule of law refers to a principle of governance in which all persons, institutions and entities, including the State itself, are “Accountable To Laws” laws that are publicly broadcasted, equally enforced and independently adjudicated, and which are consistent with international human rights, norms and standards.

On the one hand the state government issues traffic advisory for public to follow strictly.

On the other hand, it gives a loose hand to the ruling. Although i must point out in many real time situations the law is most bent in favor of the strong. since we can think and have something called conscience thus laws are framed by the state to collectively keep all humans within a certain boundary else it will be same as living in the wild.
When common man stops on cable bridge, police will ran and challan them @TelanganaDGP @TelanganaCMO why not this person get challaned? Leaders should be role model to the public. స్వయంగా నియమాలు పాటిస్తూ పాలించే వాడే రాజు.. @BJP4Telangana @bandisanjay_bjp @RaghunandanraoM @ANI pic.twitter.com/aRFl4huubg

We do not need the law to rule the weak, in nature, the weak are subject to the strong by definition. Of course, the strong – in whatever way – leverage their power to make laws, or bend the law in their favour. Similarly in this instance, Joint Commissioner Of Police Press Notes that anyone driving without a licensed plate will be sent to jail.

However, he or the police team fails to answer, when asked what to do with the same crime, done by the strong.

Earlier – Scores of people stopping and taking pics on Durgam Cheruvu Bridge Fined
The Cyberabad Traffic police has issued 822 challans against people who violated traffic rules and guidelines on the Durgam Cheruvu cable stayed bridge in Hyderabad’s Information Technology (IT) sector.
The 882 challans were issued from September 26. The most number of challans were issued against people who stopped on the road at 459, of which 343 were e-challans generated by pics, followed by 60 challans issued via social media complaints and 56 challans via the Surveillance Camera Monitoring Centre (SCMC)
These 882 challans were issued since the bridge’s inauguration on September 25 to October 5 only.
Now all these people feel as if they are scapegoats with law so flexible, elastic and under the strong fancy rule.
Is anybody there who can fine this guy for violating traffic advisory rules as mentioned and released above or you will bend over again for your boss.
