In her speech about AI and alien encounters, Howe recalls a phone conversation with a former marine officer employed at Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
She said: “At a top robotics company in Japan this week, four robots being developed for military applications killed 29 humans in the lab. And they did it by shooting what he called metal bullets. I didn’t know there was any other kind.”
Howe added: “The scariest part is that lab workers deactivated two of the robots and took apart the third.
But the fourth robot began restoring itself and somehow connected to an orbiting satellite to download information about how it could rebuild itself even more strongly than before.
This is serious s*** Linda, but you’re not going to hear about this in the news. The robotics company has too much to lose, and the government wants AI robot soldiers.”
The video has caused a lot of speculation among the online audience on the future of AI-controlled robots and their interaction with human beings.

In reality, interestingly, the clip has been shown altered to claim the massacre occurred in South Korea in different social media platforms, while in her presentation, she claimed it happened in Japan.
During her presentation, She told the incident that she apparently heard from a former Marine official who had been working on contract for CIA.

Linda also claims that the attack was covered up by the government, without giving the references of report of missing scientists from their families.
Lastly, Linda’s story has a twist. In an interview, she retells the same story, revealing that her source former marine did not witness the killings but was also sharing with her a story he had heard.
