Senior Journalist Ravi Singh Faces Threats from Preetinath Swamy Amidst Scandal
Mumbai: In a shocking revelation, two individuals, Preetinath Swamy and Guruprasad Badoria, have been accused of duping a prominent non-ferrous metal dealer, Mr. Picholia, from Mumbai.

The alleged con artists purportedly posed as top leaders of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), exploiting their claimed affiliations with the organization and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to gain trust.
The victim assert that Swamy and Guruprasad promised assistance in resolving a Goods and Services Tax (GST) fake billing case that Mr. Picholia was facing.
However, after accepting a hefty advance of 30 lakhs, the duo disappeared without a trace, leaving the businessman in a state of shock and financial distress.
Preetinath Swamy, hailing from Karnataka, is reported to lead a lavish lifestyle, allegedly funded by similar fraudulent activities.
The collaboration between Swamy and Guruprasad, who is accused of leveraging his false association with the RSS and BJP, has raised serious concerns about the potential exploitation of public trust.
Mr. Picholia’s case is just the latest in a string of incidents involving the duo, according to sources. It appears that the alleged fraudsters target individuals facing legal issues, promising assistance in exchange for substantial advances, only to vanish once the payment is made.
The deal is supposedly occurred in the prime beach hotel in Mumbai, to which the journalist and few others are also the witness.
Since the transaction has been done in Cash, the duo accused are denying it bluntly and threatening to put black mailing case when the money is being asked to return.
The RSS, a prominent organization in India, has distanced itself from the accused, stating that neither Swamy nor Guruprasad holds any position within the organization. The BJP has also denied any official association with the individuals in question.
Law enforcement agencies are actively investigating the case, and a lookout notice is likely to be issued for the apprehension of Preetinath Swamy and Guruprasad within a week.

As Picholia approached Sr journalist Ravi Singh who attempted to question the duo about their dubious practices. However, instead of providing answers, Preetinath Swamy allegedly resorted to threats, warning Singh of dire consequences.
Preetinath Swamy also boasted that he is well connected with top brass of police referring to Telangana DIG. It is questionable however, that is he really connected and have support of top cops or he is again using the situation to threaten and escape.
Swamy, claiming connections with the mafia and political leaders, attempted to silence the journalist, further raising concerns about the extent of the alleged fraudsters’ influence.
