Mohsin Khan, Son of Dr. Aleemullah Khan, Wanted by Authorities.
Mohsin Aleemullah Khan, an ER resident at Premiere Hospital in Hyderabad, has been charged with rape, sex in the false pretext of marriage by the victim, a Mumbai resident. In 2021.
He met her through Muslim matrimonial app muzzmatch and salaams, as reported by the victim.
After tricking her into traveling to Hyderabad to meet his family, he raped her. In multiple locations, he engaged in sexual encounters with her under false pretenses of marriage.
As soon as the victim realized that Mohsin Khan was tricking other girls in the same manner, she informed Dr. Aleemullah Khan a professor in VRK Women’s college, Hyderabad.
In June 2023, she tried to file an FIR against Mohsin Khan, but he and his family got scared and they ended up getting engaged.
According to the inputs given by the girl two months into the engagement, Mohsin Khan called it off again.
Based on jurisdiction, a zero FIR number 1172/2023 was filed in Mumbai on 25th of October 2023 with IPC Sections 376, 377, 504 and 506 and transferred to Madhapur PS in Cyberabad Commissionerate Limits.
On the other hand the victim informed that the accused and his lawyer, Ikram Hussain Mateen, are pressuring the girl to settle the case or to face dire consequences with serious harms to her and her family.
Mohsin Khan, who is accused, is on the run with assistance from his father Dr. Aleemullah Khan and lawyer Ikram Hussain Mateen, the girl victim added.
At present, police authorities are trying to locate him.
