Next, he joined the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering for 10 days training and failed there also.
Later, he got special training for climbing up Mount Elbrus but failed. However, with continuous practice, fitness and training, he eventually got through Everest Base Camp (EBC) in Nepal and Friendship peak in Manali.
In the boy’s own words, Bharath and Romil, the boy’s mentors and coaches Sai Teja, Chaitanya and Prashant’s consistent guidance and training helped him to improve mental and physical strength, he said.
His diet was prepared by his mother Lakshmi which consisted of adequate fats, carbohydrates, vegetables, and vitamins.
On asking what would be his next task? He said his current goal is to climb Mt. Everest and the ‘Seven summits’ and ambitious to join armed forces.
