Hyderabad Central University Clash – Fight Between ABVP, SFI, Blame Each Other For Violence
According to sources, a clash erupted between the Students’ Federation of India (SFI) and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) members during a student union election at Hyderabad Central University on Friday night, resulting in injuries to some students.

The ABVP members claimed that the SFI attacked tribal students with knives for not supporting their party. In response, ABVP condemned the attack on their members and tribal students and tweeted about the incident.
On the other hand, SFI members alleged that the ABVP provoked and attacked them because they knew they were going to lose the student union election.

They stated that ABVP members in a drunken state started abusing and targeting their comrades, resulting in a violent clash.
On the other hand, ABVP blamed SFI and tweeted: SFI has unleashed violence against the tribal students and karyakartas of ABVP HCU. They have used sharp objects like knife. We condemn this attack against our karyakartas

The SFI members who were injured were taken to the hospital, and they urged the student community to unite against such hooliganism.
They also accused ABVP of resorting to violence since UGBM feared an utter defeat in the SU 2023 polls.
