The Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) is seeking applications for the role of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) at Punjab National Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be between 45 and 57 years old as of August 1, 2024.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years in mainstream banking is required, including at least one year at the Board Level as of August 1, 2024.
- Demonstrated ability, integrity, and standing with comprehensive knowledge and experience in banking.
- Proven skills in management, leadership, and innovation to effectively build and inspire teams.
- Experience in institutional development within the banking sector.
Tenure: The initial term for the position is three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance, subject to the normal retirement age of 60 years and the provisions of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 & 1980.
Selection Procedure: Selection will involve a shortlisting process followed by a personal interview.
